Japan Manga Wave – La Roche-sur-Foron
Japan Manga Wave is a festival dedicated to Japanese culture and pop culture. For two days, the public is invited to dive into the world of manga, Japanese animation, music, and visual arts through a rich and immersive program. The festival brings together international guests, including artists and Japanese voice actors, as well as concerts, stage shows, autograph sessions, and meetings with the public.
Visitors can also enjoy many activities: cosplay contests, K-pop and yosakoi dance performances, video game areas, exhibitor booths, creators and specialty shops, as well as a Japanese-inspired catering area.

Snowboxx – Avoriaz
Snowboxx returns to Avoriaz from March 14 to 21, 2026 for its 12th edition. A mix of skiing, concerts, and après-ski. Spend a week in an unforgettable atmosphere, with a real diversity of music.
The Snowboxx week is filled with fun activities. From legendary brunches, hilarious downhill races on inflatable structures, heated snowball fights, the famous foam pool, indoor waterpark, spas, and excellent food (and wine) throughout the week.
These activities are really the icing on the cake and will make your Snowboxx experience a truly unforgettable week in the mountains!

From March 15 to 21, 2026, the exceptional returns to the heart of the Alps with the Rock the Pistes festival. More than just an event, this emblematic meeting transforms the majestic peaks of the Portes du Soleil into a huge playground where the adrenaline of winter sports perfectly blends with the vibrant energy of live music.

Alpinum Biathlon Impulse Tour – Le Grand Bornand
The biathlon race like on TV reserved for amateurs! Open to all, athletes and non-athletes alike, this activity is practiced individually, in teams of three, with family, friends or colleagues.
With your skis, you will take up the challenge on a course specially designed to be accessible to all in an 8km sprint format with 2 prone shots and 2 standing shots. Shooting will be done with a real biathlete’s rifle, on a 10-meter shooting range. At the end of shooting, and as in televised competitions, the less accurate participants will be invited to perform a penalty lap.

Glières Marathon – Thorens-Glières
Flagship cross-country skiing event, the Glières Marathon gathers skiers of all levels every year on the Plateau des Glières. Held on the legendary Plateau des Glières, a major site of the Resistance, it combines sporting challenge and duty of remembrance in an exceptional natural setting.
Open to all levels, the event offers several distances (2.5 km, 4 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km), allowing everyone to participate according to their desire and level. New this year: a duo race on the Grand Plateau 21 km course, open to mixed, female or male duos.
Included in the Marathon Ski Tour and the Haute-Savoie Nordic Challenge, the Glières Marathon brings together skiers, volunteers and spectators every year for a friendly, sporting and meaningful day.
