La Roche-sur-Foron: Foire Aux Disques Du Bluegrass Festival. La Grenette, La Roche-sur-Foron. 10am – 6pm
Publier : The garage sale is one of the must-attends of the Fête des quais. For two days, on July 31 and August 1, the inhabitants of Publier, the Chablaisiens, and tourists gather at the marina for convivial moments with concerts, activities for the whole family, a funfair, and fireworks on Friday evening. Free entry.

Sunday, August 2

Bogève : Vide grenier de la Vogue. Village square – Route de l’Eglise, Bogève. 8am-6:30pm

Clarafond-Arcine : Thresher’s festival and flea market. Bange hamlet, Clarafond-Arcine. 8am-6pm
La Roche-sur-Foron : Foire Aux Disques Du Bluegrass Festival. La Grenette, La Roche-sur-Foron. 10am – 6pm
Margencel : Giant flea market from 8am to 6pm.
Neuvecelle : Neuvecelle flea market. 904, Avenue du Léman, Neuvecelle. From 8am to 4pm
Saint-Laurent : Village festival from Saturday to Sunday. Sunday garage sale all day with lunch under a marquee and various activities. Saint-Laurent town hall, Rue de l’Ancienne Poste, Sonnex, Saint-Laurent. From 8am to 6pm

Saturday, August 8

Évian-les-Bains : All Collections Flea Market: vinyl records, CDs, DVDs… Professional flea market: folk art, furniture, tableware, paintings, knick-knacks… Place Charles De Gaulle, Évian-les-Bains. 9:30am – 5:30pm

Sunday, August 9

Annecy : Farfouille flea market of Vieugy. 95 Route de Vieugy, Annecy. Setup starting from 6:00am.
No more vehicles allowed on site starting at 8am. Site access closed for removal of your bulky items. Registration by phone: 06 46 47 72 38
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc : Joël’s flea markets. Place Edmond Desailloud. From 7am to 5pm. No reservation, no vehicles at the stand, access with car €20, access with car + trailer or van €30.
Desingy : The Desingy Festival Committee organizes its annual garage sale on Sunday, August 9, from 8am to 4pm. Many individual exhibitors will offer clothes, objects, books, toys, and good bargains in a friendly village festival atmosphere. On site: activities, bar, light catering all day, and evening meal to extend the moment.

Praz-sur-Arly : August 15 garage sale
Saint-Gervais-les-Bains : Joël’s flea markets. Parc Thermal (the small train), Allée Gontard, Le Fayet d’en Haut, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. From 6am to 5pm
Saint-Jean-de-Sixt : Garage sale. Old school square, Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. 8am-6pm
Saint-Jeoire : 2nd flea/garage sale of August 15. The day will start with a flea market/garage sale from 8am in the village streets, followed by a free dance and a magnificent fireworks display offered by the Saint-Jeoire municipality. Arâches-la-Frasse : Garage sale. The garage sale takes place at Les Carroz, on the Ambiance square located in the heart of the village. Exhibitors welcome from 6:30-7am, no equipment loan, bar on site. From 8am to 6pm

Practical advice

Timings : Most events start between 8am and 9am. It is recommended to arrive early to take advantage of the best deals.
Payment : Bring cash change, although some stands accept card payments.
Parking : Parking may be limited. Consider carpooling or public transport when possible.
Weather : Winter is well here, dress warmly!
