On Sunday, June 21, 2026, Annecy will transform into a vast open-air stage to celebrate the Fête de la Musique. Free concerts, musical strolls, choirs, electro, rock, jazz, reggae, and world dances: the city and its neighborhoods will offer dozens of events throughout the day and into the night. Annecy celebrates the arrival of summer with music
Each year, the Fête de la Musique attracts thousands of spectators to the streets of Annecy. For this 2026 edition, several iconic city spaces will welcome amateur and professional artists in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Stages will be set up by the lake, in the downtown gardens, in historic squares, as well as in several Annecy neighborhoods.

Pâquier, the heart of contemporary music
As every year, the large space of Pâquier will host a lineup focused on contemporary music.
Throughout the evening, several artists will follow each other with styles ranging from electronic pop to indie rock, including house and electro sounds. This stage, organized with the support of Brise Glace, is expected once again to attract a large audience facing the lake.

Festive atmosphere at Albigny Beach
Albigny Beach will offer a particularly varied program. Spectators can discover pop-rock bands, jazz groups, local musical ensembles as well as artists mixing poetry, slam, and music. A great opportunity to enjoy the evening in an exceptional setting by Lake Annecy.

Musical strolls through the city center streets
The original spirit of the Fête de la Musique will also be honored with several musical routes set up in the historic center.
Along the Thiou or in the shopping alleys, amateur musicians, acoustic groups, and street artists will be able to perform freely. These strolls allow one to rediscover the very essence of this popular festival: accessible music for all and present at every street corner.
Two walks are offered:
- Thiou Walk (from 20 Grande Rue d’Aléry to Île Saint-Joseph Park):
- 800 m
- 12 minutes on foot
- Jacquet Walk
- 1.8 km
- 6 minutes by bike
- 19 minutes on foot
Each walk offers 4 points to play freely, thus 8 points in total.
The Gardens of Europe take on a guinguette atmosphere
In the Gardens of Europe, dance lovers will also have their dedicated space. The afternoon will begin with activities inspired by Caribbean rhythms and dance initiations. In the evening, popular balls with folk groups and orchestras inviting the public to join in the dance will take place. An ideal place to share a moment with family or friends.

A lively day at Notre-Dame Square
Notre-Dame Square will host a particularly busy program. Throughout the day, wooden games, participatory shows, concerts, DJ sets, and dance demonstrations will follow each other. Styles will be numerous: hip-hop, rap, dancehall, rock, contemporary chanson, and world music.
It will undoubtedly be one of the liveliest places in the city center with activities planned from midday until evening.
