Le Fayet center celebrating Saturday night
After a day spent in the mountains or enjoying the many activities offered in the Mont-Blanc region, why not end the day in a festive atmosphere?
This Saturday, August 22, 2026, the center of Le Fayet will come alive for the Fête du Fayet, a local event aiming to bring residents and visitors together around a particularly varied program.
The festivities will take place from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., avenue de la Gare, with activities designed for both adults and children. Access to the event is completely free.
The Duo Bel Épok performing during the evening
Music will hold an important place in this new edition. The Duo Bel Épok will perform from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., accompanying much of the evening. An ideal setup to give this neighborhood party a warm atmosphere and extend the evening with music.
The concert will, however, be only part of the program.
Acrobatics and “Vélo en folie” on the program
At 7 p.m., young and old will especially be able to discover “Garage bricolo”, an acrobatics show that promises some surprises.
A discovery stand called “Vélo en folie” will also be set up. It will allow visitors to experience an original activity around cycling, accessible to children as well as adults.
More broadly, various family activities will enliven the whole evening. The Fête du Fayet is indeed designed as an intergenerational event where one can come both with friends and with young children.
Artisans, raffle, and vintage vehicles
The festival will also allow you to take time to stroll through the streets of Le Fayet. An artisan market will be set up for the occasion. Visitors will thus be able to meet the exhibitors and discover their creations while enjoying the various activities. A grand raffle will complete the program.
Automobile heritage enthusiasts will not be forgotten since vintage vehicles will be presented to the public. A photography exhibition is also announced.
This diversity is precisely what makes the event interesting: it is not necessary to come only for the concert or the show. You can simply stroll around the center of Le Fayet, discover the stands, and enjoy the summer atmosphere.
A popular celebration at the foot of Mont Blanc
Often considered the gateway to Saint-Gervais, notably thanks to its train station and the departure point of the Mont-Blanc Tramway, Le Fayet has its own distinct identity.
This celebration is also a way to highlight the neighborhood and its local stakeholders. The event is linked to C’ Saint-Gervais, the Commercial and Artisan Union of Saint-Gervais, which brings together notably shopkeepers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and artists.
A few days from the end of August, the event thus offers a new opportunity to enjoy a summer evening in Haute-Savoie.
