The Christmas market of Thonon, also called “Les Féeriques“, is one of the largest and most magical in Haute-Savoie. Located on Avenue du Léman, this market offers about fifty chalets where you can discover handcrafted products, decorations, and regional treats. Christmas Market of Évian-les-Bains
In Évian-les-Bains, you will find the Christmas market in the form of the “Fabulous Village” or “The Legend of the Flottins“, a unique event where nothing is bought but everything is imagined. This magical village, created in 2007, offers original creations, a playful and enchanted universe that will delight young and old alike. Shows, walks, and workshops are organized throughout the event.
For this end of year 2025, the 19th edition of the fabulous village will take place from December 12, 2025 to January 3, 2026.
Christmas Market of Annecy – Christmas of the Alps
The Christmas market of Annecy, also called “Christmas of the Alps“, is one of the most emblematic. It extends over several districts of the city: from the lake to the mountains through the historic center. You can discover chalets offering local and artisanal products, as well as a gourmet area with typical dishes such as fondue and spit-roast pig. Entertainment is planned with concerts, DJ sets, and of course, Santa’s village to delight the children.
It will take place daily from 11/29/2025 to 01/04/2026.
From Sunday to Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On Fridays, Saturdays, and school holidays, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Christmas Market of Chamonix
Like all major towns in Haute Savoie, Chamonix is not left behind with its traditional Christmas market. Come discover the many entertainments of the Chamonix Christmas Village offered by the tourist office. For the joy of all, young and old, the Christmas market is set up every year in the center of Chamonix.
From 12/18/2025 to 01/04/2026 every day from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Two evening openings: one on Friday, December 19, and another on Friday, December 26 until 9 p.m.
The grand Christmas parade will travel through the pedestrian streets of Chamonix on December 24 late afternoon.
In addition to these main markets, several other smaller Christmas markets are organized in other municipalities of Haute-Savoie, such as La Clusaz or Saint-Gervais, Samoëns… These Christmas markets, often nestled in the mountains, offer a more intimate atmosphere, ideal for discovering local craftsmanship while enjoying the magnificent snowy landscapes.

Christmas Market in Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc
Come celebrate Christmas in Saint-Gervais from Saturday, December 20 to Sunday, December 21, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: markets featuring artisans and local products, musical strolls, and a visit from Santa Claus. This Christmas market will take place along the Mont-Blanc promenade in Saint Gervais.
Christmas Market of La Clusaz
This is not just a simple Christmas market, but in La Clusaz resort, from 12/24/2025 to 01/02/2026, the “Pestacles du père Noël” will take place, the largest street arts festival for families, organized in winter in the mountains.
As every year, this enchanting event animates the heart of the village where acrobats, musicians, and other street artists delight young and old. Under the watchful eye of the church, the square lights up with laughter and applause, creating a festive and warm atmosphere.
