Carnival of Évian-les-Bains 2026
The traditional Carnival of Évian-les-Bains returns on February 20 and 21, 2026 with renewed ambitions and an exceptionally rich parade of floats and activities.
Organized by the association Les Lez’Arts de la fête in partnership with the city, this festive event promises a colorful edition, marked by an increased presence of decorated floats, musical groups, and light animations in the downtown streets.
Over two days, Évian will bring its city center to life with a full program:
- Friday, February 20
- 5:30 p.m.: Free distribution of glow sticks in front of the Palais des Festivités
- 6:30 p.m.: Light parade for the little ones, departure from the Palais des Festivités, round trip via rue Nationale, souvenir photo with your favorite heroes
- 8:00 p.m.: Opening ceremony and handing over the keys to the city, Palais des Festivités
- 8:30 p.m.: Dance bar, 80s night, Palais des Festivités

True to its values, the SeasonsRock association invites you to discover regional bands playing alongside (inter)national headliners.

Artistic Ice Skating Show – Chamonix
In Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the ice transforms into a living stage for an artistic ice skating show where technical skill meets pure emotion. Athletes from the local club invite the public to a refined interlude, designed to charm both young and old.
Held at the Richard-Bozon Ice Rink, the performance takes spectators on a choreographic journey inspired by world cultures. Mastered figures, immersive soundtracks, and luminous scenography dress the ice in an almost magical atmosphere, giving each scene a special intensity.
Beyond the sporting performance, this evening celebrates the work and creativity of Chamonix skaters. An ideal outing to share a warm and festive moment in the heart of the Alpine winter.

“World of Sommand” Fondue Championship – Mieussy
A gourmet, friendly, and decidedly original event! The Mieussy festival committee, in collaboration with the Fruitière des Hauts-Fleury, the Mont and Praz de Lys Sommand Caves, launches a big fondue contest… in teams!
The public is invited to taste, compare, and elect the best fondue in the “World of Sommand.” Participants will have to meet two challenges: an imposed fondue as a culinary challenge, then a free version to let their creativity speak.
Throughout the day, tastings and musical ambiance will pace the competition. On site, light catering will allow you to extend the pleasure: plates of charcuterie and cheeses, not forgetting the famous hot fondue!
An event apart, where festive spirit, local products, and passion for local know-how meet to create a warm and authentic atmosphere.
