Japan Manga Wave – La Roche-sur-Foron
Japan Manga Wave is a festival dedicated to Japanese culture and pop culture. For two days, the public is invited to dive into the world of manga, Japanese animation, music and visual arts through a rich and immersive program. The festival brings together international guests, including Japanese artists and voice actors, as well as concerts, stage shows, autograph sessions and meetings with the public.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy numerous activities: cosplay contests, K-pop and yosakoi dance performances, video game spaces, exhibitor stands, creators and specialty shops, as well as a Japan-inspired catering space.

The fishing and fish farming association La Truite de Marignier invites you to the opening of the fishing season. This event is an opportunity to gather around a common passion, in a friendly atmosphere accessible to all.

Snowboxx – Avoriaz
Snowboxx returns to Avoriaz from March 14 to 21, 2026 for its 12th edition. A mix of sliding sports, concerts and après-ski. Spend a week in an unforgettable atmosphere, with a true diversity of music.
The Snowboxx week is packed with fun activities. From legendary brunches, to hilarious downhill races on inflatable structures, heated snowball fights, the famous foam pool, heated indoor water park, spas and excellent food (and wine) throughout the week.

From March 15 to 21, 2026, the exceptional returns to the heart of the Alps with the Rock the Pistes festival. More than just an event, this emblematic rendezvous transforms the majestic summits of the Portes du Soleil into a vast playground where the adrenaline of winter sports blends perfectly with the vibrant energy of live music.

Alpinum Biathlon Impulse Tour – Le Grand Bornand
The biathlon race like on TV reserved for amateurs! Open to all, athletes and non-athletes alike, this activity is practiced individually, in teams of three, with family, friends or colleagues.
With your skis, you will take up the challenge on a course specially designed to be accessible to everyone in an 8km sprint format with 2 prone shots and 2 standing shots. Shooting is done with a real biathlete rifle, on a 10-meter shooting range. After shooting, and as in televised competitions, the less accurate participants will be asked to take a penalty lap.

Marathon des Glières – Thorens-Glières
Flagship cross-country skiing event, the Marathon des Glières gathers skiers of all levels each year on the Plateau des Glières. Held on the legendary Plateau des Glières, a major site of the Resistance, it combines sporting challenge and duty of remembrance in an exceptional natural setting.
Open to all levels, the event offers several distances (2.5 km, 4 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km), allowing everyone to participate according to their desire and level. New this year: a duo race on the Grand Plateau course of 21 km, open to mixed, female, or male duos.
Part of the Marathon Ski Tour and the Haute-Savoie Nordic Challenge, the Marathon des Glières brings together skiers, volunteers and spectators every year for a friendly, sporting and meaningful day.
