Unmissable tradition in Haute-Savoie, as everywhere in France, and for the great joy of both young and old, many fireworks will be launched for August 15th on the occasion of the Assumption Day. But where to admire them in our department? Here is an overview of the fireworks locations and schedules for August 15th in Haute-Savoie. We will add dates as we discover them.

Fireworks in Haute-Savoie :
- Évian-les-Bains : on August 15th around 10:10 PM – Fireworks launched offshore on the lake, opposite the Casino.
- Flaine : Friday August 15 at 10:00 PM. Flaine Forum. On the occasion of the “August 15 celebration”, activities for all day long
- Avoriaz : on August 15th around 10:15 PM – Fireworks that will light up the sky.
- Excenevex : Friday August 15, 2025 from 10 PM. Meet on the beach at nightfall for a musical fireworks display.
Other municipalities preferred to postpone their fireworks to another evening around August 15th; here they are:
- Les Carroz: Thursday August 14 at 10:00 PM. Launch from the Mont Favy leisure area, safely visible from the schoolyard. On the occasion of the “August 15 ball”, starting at 8:30 PM with a concert followed by a DJ and the famous foam cannon.
- Anthy-sur-Léman : Saturday August 16: Lake Festival and fireworks. A festive family day awaits you with sports and recreational activities suitable for children and adults alike.
- Thonon-les-Bains : Saturday August 16, 2025 come admire an aerobatics show by the Air and Space Force followed by the grand fireworks show launched around 10 PM from the lake. Continue the evening with music and a public dance!
