The Kandahar Junior – Domaine Skiable Les Houches Saint Gervais
International alpine ski team race for the 13 and 14-year-old category. Challenge by club and mixed teams on the pro Giant Slalom, Giant Slalom, and Slalom events.
This event welcomes nearly 200 racers to the Les Houches ski area.
The Kandahar Junior is the first international race for the U14 category and often helps spot the champions of tomorrow!

Gourmet Nordic Walk – Sixt Fer à Cheval
Embark on a gourmet Nordic walk at Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval! Cross the beautiful Gorges des Tines, breathe the fresh air, and enjoy a gourmet break at the Tines farm. Nature, flavors, and conviviality await you!
Bring low shoes and suitable equipment: warm clothes, sunglasses, gloves, backpack, and water bottle!

The White Ram Race – La Clusaz
Get ready to live an unforgettable experience on January 9 and 10 with the new edition of the White Ram in La Clusaz! Join more than 2,000 participants, headlamps on, to challenge the Ram on its snowy playground.
On January 9 and 10, 2026, La Clusaz will light up again under headlamps for two evenings of sport and good cheer in the heart of the Aravis. And this year, the program evolves!
Friday’s novelty: a 10 km trail to warm up the calves before the weekend.
Ultimate challenge: the Super Ram presented by Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes, the combo for the brave with the 10 km trail on Friday + the 14 km trail on Saturday!

7:15 PM – The Starry Trace (Ski mountaineering) – 3 km / 456 m elevation gain
A night hike full of good spirits, to share with friends or family, to (re)discover La Clusaz under a starry sky.
7:45 PM – The 10 km Trail (new for 2026) – 560 m elevation gain
Discover a very athletic course with a first climb of 450 m positive elevation, followed by a rolling and downhill profile!
8:15 PM – The Pursuit Trace (Ski mountaineering) – 2.1 km / 456 m elevation gain. The time trial format of the White Ram: fast, explosive, and fun!

The Great Odyssey 2026 – Avoriaz
The Great Odyssey 2026, considered the most demanding sled dog race on the continent, once again asserts itself as one of the unmissable highlights of the Alpine winter. From Saturday, January 10, the majestic landscapes of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes will vibrate to the enthusiastic barking of over 600 canine athletes, led by sixty-five mushers from all over Europe and the world.
This new edition will start in Avoriaz, a fully pedestrian emblematic resort where snowy streets offer an almost unreal atmosphere. Between the festive village and the enveloping scents of mulled wine and melted cheese, young and old will be immersed in the magic of the mountains. The prologue, on Saturday evening, will transform the resort into a live stage before the official start to Montriond on Sunday morning.

A magical 14 km between snow, stars, and panorama over the Aravis. The Lac des Confins has never been so beautiful at night!
7:45 PM – The 8 km Trail – 310 m ascent / 360 m descent
The perfect format to dive into the magic of the White Ram, between snow sensations and headlamp ambiance.
7:55 PM – The Snowshoe Hike – 6 km – 250 m ascent / 300 m descent
Put on your snowshoes and look up: a magical and accessible night walk awaits you at La Clusaz!
