The Santa Claus Hamlet in Andilly: magic, wonder, and traditions

Located on the grounds of the Grand Parc d’Andilly, at the Mont-Sion pass between Annecy and Geneva, the Hameau du Père Noël is a magical destination that comes to life from autumn onwards to offer children and adults an immersive journey into the world of Christmas.

This place, managed by the association Le Petit Pays / Andilly Loisirs, offers a permanent poetic atmosphere, summer and winter alike, but it gains intensity from the opening of the “Grand Parc de Noël”.

According to official information, the 2025 opening of the Hameau du Père Noël is scheduled for October 18, 2025.

What you will discover there: universe, activities & commitments

Santa’s home and its family world

  • You will be able to visit the authentic Santa Claus house, with its kitchen, bedroom, and toy-making workshop decorated with warm wooden features.
  • Nearby, the elves have their own scaled-down space, full of charm and playful details.
  • The Pacifier Attic is an original corner where the pacifiers (soothers, dummies) that children give to Santa are displayed. For each pacifier offered, a meal is donated to a child in Cambodia through the association “Pour un sourire d’enfant”.

Gardens, decorations & enchanted encounters

  • The Elves’ Garden allows visitors to discover Santa’s sleigh, drop their letter into themed mailboxes, and admire the large illuminated Christmas tree.
  • In the Story Cottage, the Christmas Mothers and other village residents continuously tell stories to enchant the little ones.
  • The Village borders the Grand Parc de Noël, which focuses more on outdoor activities: tree labyrinth, meetings with Père Fouettard, farm animals, shows, etc.

Solidarity and awareness

The Hameau du Père Noël incorporates a strong element of solidarity: the Pacifier Attic is one of its symbols. Each pacifier offered contributes to a meal for a child within the framework of the association “Pour un sourire d’enfant”.
