Savoyard chauvinism is no longer to be proved. At the same time, it would be wrong to miss out. So as they say: you shouldn’t fear it, by God!

This zany show is an ode to the Pays de Savoie. For an hour and a half, we have fun with clichés, preconceived notions but also our quirks, habits, and all those little things that make the life of Savoyards a popular open-air comedy. A series of sketches through which everyone can recognize themselves, near or far.

The three electrifying actors of this very local comedy play, in turn, mountaineers, a ski instructor, high mountain guides, a shepherd, a group of hunters, police officers but also Parisians arriving in our mountains for the best and … for laughs!

Practical information:

  • Hours: Friday 23 January 2026 at 8:30 pm.
  • Location: Salle Pierre Lamy – 12 rue de la République – 74000 Annecy

Paret Championship – Manigod

All winter, Manigod is the stronghold of this wooden sled with a single runner. The paret, an ecological sled symbolic of the village, was formerly used by children to go to school down the snowy roads.

Today, it is with passion that the Manigod locals go down the slopes of the resort for this championship, sometimes reaching 90 km/h! Six rounds are contested, with a timed parallel slalom.
