Opening date for the 2025/2026 season of Haute-Savoie ski resorts

The ski season is rapidly approaching, it is time to think about preparing your equipment. For those who do not yet have all the equipment or who wish to change it, don’t forget the Haute-Savoie ski exchanges.

Here are the opening dates of the main ski resorts in Haute-Savoie:

Avoriaz : From December 12, 2025 to April 19, 2026

Les Contamines Montjoie : From December 20, 2025 to April 12, 2025. Partial opening from December 13 to 19, 2025

Combloux : From December 20, 2025 to March 22, 2026.

Chatel : from Saturday December 6, 2025 to Sunday April 6, 2026

  • Saturday December 6 and Sunday December 7, 2025: opening of the Pré la Joux area.
  • From Saturday December 13 to Friday December 19, 2025 : partial opening of the Linga / Pré la Joux areas and link with Avoriaz.
  • From Saturday December 20, 2025: full opening of the domain.
  • Closing of the resort on Sunday April 19, 2026.

Chamonix : From November 15, 2025 to May 3, 2026

Flaine : from December 6, 2025 to April 19, 2026

Grand Massif: from December 13, 2025 to April 12, 2026

La Clusaz :

  • Balme massif (except Étrivaz): opening on the weekend of December 6 and 7 then continuous from December 13, 2025 to April 26, 2026
  • Aiguille and Beauregard massifs: continuous opening from December 13, 2025 to April 12, 2026
  • Étale sector: continuous opening from December 20, 2025 to April 5, 2026

Le Grand Bornand : The alpine ski area will be open from December 13, 2025 to April 10, 2026

Les Gets : From Saturday December 20, 2025 to Sunday April 12, 2026. Pre-opening on Saturday December 13, 2025.

Megève : From December 20, 2025 to April 6, 2026. Partial opening the weekend of December 6 – 7, 2025, then from December 13, 2025, depending on snow conditions.

Morzine : Partial pre-opening*: from December 13 to 19, 2025. Continuous opening: from December 20, 2025 to April 6, 2026.

Praz de Lys Sommand : Ski area opening from Saturday December 20, 2025 to Monday April 6, 2026. Season pre-opening weekend: La Fest’Hiv on December 13 & 14, 2025

Saint Gervais Mont-Blanc : General opening of the domain on December 21

Samoëns : Opening of the Samoëns ski area from Saturday December 13, 2025 to Sunday April 12, 2026. Opening of Flaine from 12/06/2025 to 04/19/2026
